Anti-war protesters march in Helena

Nearly 50 lawmakers, and anti-war activists, staged a protest on Saturday outside of the State Capitol in Helena. The group is protesting the President's new Iraq war plan. Their message is that sending more troops to the region will only inflame the violence and do nothing to end the conflict. Democratic Senator Steve Gallus of Butte, and Democratic Representative Michelle Reinhart of Missoula are sponsoring a legislative resolution that opposes the additional troops in Iraq. The measure is currently under review, and if it's approved, it would be sent to Congress and the White House. Read the Full Story
